We want you to feel completely confident when purchasing software from Craft Mage. Because craftsmanship is built on trust, we offer straightforward, fair refund terms.

1. 7-Day Cardless Free Trials

We encourage everyone to take full advantage of our unrestricted 7-day free trials before purchasing desktop software (such as Mocklyn). You can test our software on your own hardware, with your actual PSD files, with zero financial commitment or card entry.

2. 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee

If you purchase a paid license (Lifetime, Yearly, or Monthly) for Mocklyn or any paid Craft Mage standalone software and find that it does not fit your workflow or technical requirements, we offer a full 14-day refund from the date of purchase.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

1. Email hello@craftmage.com within 14 days of your purchase date.
2. Include your purchase email address and the license key or Creem order reference ID.
3. While not required, sharing a brief note on what didn’t work for you helps us make the software better for everyone.

4. Refund Processing

• Refunds are issued back to your original payment method via our merchant partner, Creem.
• Most refunds reflect in your bank or card statement within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your card issuer.
• Upon refund issuance, your license key will be deactivated.

5. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel automatic subscription renewals at any time via the Creem Customer Portal link provided in your receipt or in our site navigation. When cancelled, your license remains active through the end of your current paid billing period.
