At Craft Mage, we respect your privacy as a foundational principle of craftsmanship. We design our software and website to minimize data collection, operate without intrusive trackers, and never monetize your personal information.

1. No Tracking Cookies

Our website (craftmage.com) does not use tracking cookies or advertising pixels. Because we do not store tracking cookies or monitor your behavior across third-party websites, you will not see an annoying cookie consent banner on our site.

2. Website Analytics

We use cookieless, privacy-focused analytics (such as Cloudflare Web Analytics and Plausible) to understand high-level traffic metrics (such as aggregate page views and referrer domains).

  • We do not store persistent unique identifiers in your browser.
  • We strictly respect browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) and Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals.

3. Contact Form Submissions

When you submit our support or contact form:

  • We collect your name, email address, selected product, and message content.
  • We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry and resolve support requests.
  • Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile, a privacy-respecting alternative to interactive CAPTCHAs that does not track your personal identity.

4. Software Licensing and Desktop Data

  • Mocklyn: All image and PSD rendering occurs entirely in local memory on your computer. Your design files and images are never transmitted to Craft Mage servers.
  • When validating a trial or license key, the app transmits the key along with a hardware hash to verify seat limits.
  • We never log or store raw customer license keys in frontend code or insecure logs.

5. Third-Party Services

  • Payments: Handled securely by Creem (Merchant of Record). We never collect or store your payment card numbers.
  • Hosting & CDN: Cloudflare Pages provides our static hosting infrastructure, DDoS protection, and secure edge delivery.

6. Your Rights

Under applicable data protection laws (such as GDPR and NDPR), you have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal data we hold about you (e.g. support emails). To exercise these rights, email hello@craftmage.com.
